Boys and Girls

Here are the boys playing on our neighbor's fire truck. He doesn't bring it by too often, so it's a real treat when they get to play around on it.
Gabe

Matt

Gabriel in his new basketball jersey. The boys are both obsessed with basketball. Ever since seeing Uncle Max play they have HAD to wear basketball jerseys at least once every day. Gabe was in love with a jersey that was a size 12-18 months. Now for those of you that have seen Gabe recently ... he's not a little fellow. In fact he fits into Matthew's 4T shirts perfectly! So, getting this jersey on is a challenge and results in screaming and crying that he's hurt, etc. I saw these jerseys at Target for 50% off!

They love the new jerseys! Ben took the boys to a park this afternoon to go 'exploring' on the little trails that go off the main walkway. There had been a major storm that blew through earlier and the grade was steep up the path, and all three of the guys ended up falling. The boys got mud ALL over themselves and were absolutely devastated that they dirtied their new shirts. They wanted to come back home and get 'cleaned up', but dad convinced them to truck on. They had a great time! Now, I get to clean up the clothes!

Anna in her new duds.

Toesies

Anna on a walk
I can only deal with one child on the loose when taking walks, because they will both go in different directions and stuff all the rocks, sticks and leaves in their mouths that they can get their hands on. Also, when Anna is walking it takes FOREVER to get anywhere. She stops at any little thing she sees lying on the ground. Rocks are her snack of choice.

Sophia loves balls! She will hold onto balls a lot throughout the day. She will even try to throw it into the basketball hoop.

"Hewwwwooooo, wabbit!"

Anna tring to wash Sophia's hair.

The photo of Sophia in the Scarlet Stitch dress is BEAUTIFUL!!
They're now in the big tub as well!
Do they like taking baths together?
Looks like Anna is taking after Mommy in "helping" shampoo Sophia's hair:)
And I of course love the shot of Anna in her "new duds"
How do the boys get to go on the firetruck? I think I recall they had done that before, is it your next door neighbors?
